If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- phone us after 11am and we will tell you whether your results are back and if you need to make appointment to discuss further.
Please note reception staff are not able to inform you of the test results readings as they are not clinically trained you will need to speak to the clinical team if you would like to discuss further.
We can only give you the result after it has been seen by your doctor.
